patient. We may live in a microwave generation, but a slow-cooked meal always
tastes better and is worth the wait – and I’m not just talking in terms of food

Unplug
sometimes. Be present. Resist the urge to announce and post everything on social media. And
know that FOMO (fear of missing out) is an illusion.

Treat
your stepping-stone and entry level positions with the same respect you’d have
at your dream career. Where you begin isn’t always where you’ll end, but how
you behave and carry yourself where you begin is training for how you’ll be
when that dream career unfolds.

Take
very good care of yourself. Your mental, physical and spiritual health matter.
