I’m always up for checking out new restaurants. So when my family wanted to get together for a Sunday meal at a place on the water called The Porch, I was game. And this place was nice. Like super nice. The food, ambiance, and customer service were excellent. When we arrived, there was already a line building outside the restaurant before they opened. And once we were seated, I could see why. The setting was beautiful, and the scenery was impressive. I already can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend checking this place out for yourself. As you embark on your career, I want you to know some things and stay woke about what you’ll be up against. Please understand that no matter what, you have value, and you matter. Always remember that. As progressive as this world and different workplaces may seem, every workplace has a culture.
