I’d been wanting to go out bowling for a long time and had the chance to link up with a friend and some of her friends for a night out of bowling, shooting pool, and plenty of fun. And it was a blast! It’d been a while since I’d played, and I was surprised to see that I hadn’t lost my stride. As you embark on your career, I want you to know some things and stay woke about what you’ll be up against. Please understand that no matter what, you have value, and you matter. Always remember that. As progressive as this world and different workplaces may seem, every workplace has a culture.
