I’m a huge fan of brunch. I love it. Who wouldn’t? It’s amazing! During the holidays I had the chance to grab some fresh brunch at a location called First Watch. It’s a new restaurant in the Hampton Roads area and it’s chill, fresh, and delicious. The location is cozy, the customer service is warm and friendly, and the prices are excellent. As you embark on your career, I want you to know some things and stay woke about what you’ll be up against. Please understand that no matter what, you have value, and you matter. Always remember that. As progressive as this world and different workplaces may seem, every workplace has a culture. Spend some time observing and studying those spaces and learn as much as you can.
