Last month I had the chance to visit Back Bay's Farmhouse Brewery. It’s a super chill place to grab a drink, a little something to eat, and a good time. I went with a friend of mine one evening and had a blast indulging in some delicious drinks and tasty treats from a nearby food truck. The farmhouse was cute and cozy, and the customer service was great too. The outdoor firepits helped keep outdoor visitors warm and added something special to the ambiance of the location. As you embark on your career, I want you to know some things and stay woke about what you’ll be up against. Please understand that no matter what, you have value, and you matter. Always remember that. As progressive as this world and different workplaces may seem, every workplace has a culture.
